All orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

For up to 3 covers, the postage and handling costs are:
USA or Canada address:   $1.00 (USD)
All others:   $2.00 (USD)
If requested, Insured Mail begins at $1.65 (USD), and Registered Mail begins at $9.50 (USD).

Literature lots are mailed via Priority Mail for USA addresses, or Global Priority Mail for all other addresses. The postage and handling costs per each item are:
USA addresses:   $5.00 (USD)
non-USA addresses:   $11.00 (USD)

We offer several methods for ordering:

You can order over the Internet Simply identify the cover(s) or item(s) you want (description and price), and send us an email. This can be done 24 hours around the clock, anytime, from anywhere. Please be advised that there is often a time delay with respect to updating this site and an item may already have been purchased and no longer available. You will receive an email response one way or the other.

After you have sent your email to place your order, and received an acknowledgement, you can submit your payment a couple of different ways:

#1 - Submit your Secure-Payment with PayPal. (We are PayPal Verified!) (see below for more information)

#2 - Or, you can mail your payment in US funds (check, cash [at your risk], or money order). Make the payment out to Joel Hawkins and mail it to:

We accept cash (at your risk), check, money-order in US dollars only.

If paying by check you may have to allow an additional 10 to 14 days for delivery while the check clears.

If any item is improperly described, we will accept returns for refund under the following conditions:

• Item must be returned in undamaged condition
• Item must be received by us within 30 days of the original mailing date
• Postage for Returns must be prepaid, we do not accept Postage Dues
• Shipping charges will not be refunded
• Returned material must be protected by Registered Mail or Insured Mail, as well as a Delivery Confirmation receipt.
